Sawyer avoided being sold or sent to auction through our owner surrender program, designed to prevent horses from slipping through the cracks. Sawyer is a 14-year-old Rocky Mountain Horse that has had six homes in 14 years, leaving him with some trust issues that we will work through in our rehabilitation program
