                Core, Strength & Stretch Class At Zuma's
                Cost $5.00 donation per class

 
This class will be a combination of Yoga, Pilates, and Strength.  The class designed for all levels.  We will use aromatherapy (marjoram and lavender).  If you have eye pillows bring
them for the class closing.  If you are interested in an eye pillow, I can
make one for you.  Cost is $2 per pillow.

              When:  Fridays from 9:30-10:30am

              Where: Zuma's Horse Rescue Ranch .  7745 N. Moore Rd.  Littleton CO,
              80125. It is off of Titan Road on Moore Rd-10 minutes from Roxborough.
